We live in a world that is both beautiful and painful. When the beauty seems hard to find, and the pain becomes too hard to hold, a therapist can help you move forward in your life to find joy and meaning. Therapy can help you move toward what matters most, feel more balanced and connected, and experience life intentionally in the imperfect present. If you would like to schedule a consultation, or if you have questions about my practice, please contact me.
At this time, I am not seeing clients in person due to high community transmission rates of COVID-19 in Hampshire County. I am accepting new clients and have limited openings.
If you find that you feel anxious all the time, have difficulty managing your mood, or are struggling to cope with symptoms related to trauma, I may be able to help. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as work with clients with trauma-related and substance use disorders.
I have experience supervising therapists at various places in their professional lives--from graduate interns to therapists who have been practicing for decades. I exceed the qualifications to supervise social workers as well as clinicians pursuing LMHC and LMFT licensure.
