We live in a world that is both beautiful and painful. When the beauty seems hard to find, and the pain becomes too hard to hold, a therapist can help you find joy and meaning. Therapy can help you move toward what matters most, feel more balanced and connected, and experience life intentionally in the imperfect present.

If you are struggling to move past difficult experiences in your past, find your emotions confusing, or are worried about how much you are worried, I may be able to help. I specialize in work with clients with trauma-related, mood, and substance use disorders as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that not only helps people identify which parts of their life that they want to change but also provides concrete skills to help them move toward their goals.
I have experience supervising therapists in various stages in their professional lives--from graduate interns to therapists who have been practicing for decades. I exceed the qualifications to supervise clinicians pursuing LICSW, LMHC, and LMFT licensure. I also have experience managing programs serving a variety of client populations.
I have experience training a variety of mental health and other professionals on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other clinical topics. I have provided 90 minute to 2 day trainings for groups of various sizes.
